Azure University Student Selection Requirements
Applicants to the ESL program must submit a complete application which includes:
- Official National Identification Card or Driver’s License
- Copy of the front page of your current passport (if available)
- Proof that you are capable of paying for all tuition and fees
- Proof of the paid non-refundable $150 application fee (must be paid at Sogebank: ??????? or BNC: 136003745 )
Applicants to the NCLEX-RN Prep program must submit a complete application which includes:
- Transcripts from a nursing program approved by the Ministry of Health showing completion and degree earned from a licensed college
- Copy of Nursing License issued by the Ministry of Health
- Official National Identification Card or Driver’s License
- Copy of the front page of your current passport (if available)
- Proof of the paid non-refundable $150 application fee (must be paid at Sogebank: ??????? or BNC: 136003745)

Applicants for the Bachelor’s degree programs are contingent upon completion of a high school diploma. The final selection is made by an admissions committee after the student has been interviewed. Bachelor’s degree candidates must submit a complete application which includes:
Students seeking enrollment to the ESL + Bachelor of Science in Nursing program will be admitted into the university and enrolled in Pre-Nursing courses before a determination can be made on an official acceptance into the Nursing program. During the first year of study, students will take ESL classes. Students will have to take and pass the Pre-Nursing Entrance exam before admission can be officially granted into the Nursing program. Bachelor’s degree candidates must submit a complete application which includes:
- Proof of high school completion (Philo or NS4)
- Official National Identification Card or Driver’s License
- Copy of the front page of your current passport (if available)
- Proof of the paid non-refundable $150 application fee (must be paid at Sogebank: ??????? or BNC: 136003745)
- Proof that you are capable of paying for all tuition, fees and travel expenses

- Complete 1 year of Pre-Nursing ESL courses
- Complete all Pre-Nursing courses with a “B” average
- Pass the TOEFL/IELTS exam with minimum required score
- Pass the Nursing entrance exam

When can I register?
Registration dates are listed on the current year’s academic calendar. Remember to register early to secure your seat.
What happens if I forget to clear my balance before the payment deadline?
If you forget to clear your balance, your schedule will be removed, and you must register again before the last day to add classes. There is no guarantee that your original schedule will be available.
How do I receive a transcript?
For official transcripts use the National Student Clearinghouse website www.getmytranscript.com to order your transcript 24/7. The options available are: mail, express mail, pick up, and electronic pdf.
For unofficial transcripts; current students can log on to Azure Student Portal and print a copy from any computer.
Does Azure University guarantee student visas?
Azure University will support the process of connecting its students with a sponsoring organization in order to complete their internship in the USA, China, Hong Kong, Brazil, Chile, and Canada. If your application is approved by the sponsoring organization, the DS-2019 form will be issued to you and the next step is to apply for a J-1 Exchange Visitor visa at the US Embassy. AZURE UNIVERSITY DOES NOT AND CANNOT GUARANTEE A VISA.
The Embassy will examine your application and your documentation, and as part of this process you will be required to attend an interview at the US Embassy or Consulate. The decision to grant or refuse a visa is solely at the discretion of the US Embassy. If you are successful at the interview the Embassy will usually issue your visa to travel. Student is responsible to pay all fees associated with the visa application and the visa Additionally students will be responsible to pay all fees associated with the internship itself.
The fees (travel, lodging, educational and/or others) associated with the internship are not included in the program tuition. These fees will be communicated to each students at least 90days prior to departure.
What does conditional acceptance mean?
Azure University may offer you conditional admission if you require English language instruction before you can be admitted into the university. If you are are conditionally admitted, you will need to enroll in and pass the ESL courses before acceptance into your program of study. Upon completing the highest level of the English instruction, you will be granted full admission to Azure University.
Does Azure University accept financial aid?
Azure University currently accepts payments for tuition and fees in the form of bank wire, Visa or Mastercard.
